First Aid Course

Friday 13th December, 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Picton Fire Station, High Street, Picton

NZQA rated. Renew or Full first aid at work courses. Fun and fast. Also available are courses at your workplace for your staff at a time convenient to you, we can do weekends, evenings, part of the day, whatever works best for you, if you are part of a national group you can join in on a corporate scheme or government procurement. We can also examine your health and safety procedures by setting up a lifelike scenario and test your response readiness to deal with incidents, results can be very surprising and revealing.

$105 for full or $72 for refresher (REAP Marlborough special price).
Visa and Mastercard accepted. Rural subsidies available.

Kaipupu Wildlife Sanctuary Photography Workshop

Sunday 19th January, 10.00 am - 2.00 pm
Kaipupu Wildlife Sanctuary, Kaipupu Point, Picton

This workshop will be aimed at beginners with a land-based tips session before heading out to Kaipupu Wildlife Sanctuary to test those skills. We will have lunch (BYO) at the northern lookout before venturing around to the eastern side of the Sanctuary for more photo opportunities.

Please bring a camera (ideally an SLR but a 'point and shoot' is fine), tripod (optional), appropriate clothing, good shoes for walking, sunscreen, lunch and a drink. Let us know if you would like to attend but don't have a camera as we may be able to supply one for the trip. Participants will also have the option to participate in an exhibition with their favourite images (location & date to be confirmed). $30pp (includes water taxi transport).
